Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

1Length
To measure your foot length, sit down on a chair and place foot flat on a piece of paper. Trace the foot by holding a pencil vertically and outlining the foot. Using a ruler, measure the distance from the bottom of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Record the result in both inches and centimeters and use these measurements to find your size in the chart.

Feel so good on my poor swollen feet...lymphedema is no fun. Swollen feet and legs plus the wraps makes for hard to fit shoes. Thank goodness for the longer laces, makes it easier to fit.
