Worth Every Penny I purchased these after dealing with foot pain for months. I wasn't expecting miracles, but they definitely helped. I have some issues including wide feet, a big bunion, and a high arch on top of my foot. Choose the next size up from the one you normally wear. Novera sizes run in half steps, so that is half a step, and our shoes run a little small. If you wear compression socks to work, measure with them on. The size guide has the foot lengths.
Within 30 days of delivery, keep the pair you have. We send the first replacement size free of charge and nothing goes back; the only cost is a shipping and packaging fee of $12.00 per pair. Write to us with your order number and the size you need.
Yes. The OmegaX footbed lifts out, so your orthotics can go in its place.
The outsole is soft natural gum rubber with a shallow lug. It has not been tested to a certified slip standard (ASTM F2913 or similar), so we do not call it slip-resistant. If your unit requires certified slip-resistant footwear, check that before you order, and take care on wet floors.
The upper is an open knit for airflow, not a sealed barrier. A splash wipes off with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Many people who stand all day with plantar fasciitis or heel pain find that a cushioned, supportive shoe makes the shift easier, and that is what Novera is built to be. It is not a treatment: stretching and a podiatrist’s plan do more than any shoe.
Novera comes in one width with a roomy toe box. For wide feet or a high instep, go one size up from the one you normally wear.
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let the pair air-dry away from direct heat. We do not recommend the washing machine or the dryer.
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days, most within 5. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days from the shipment date, not counting weekends, and the tracking link is emailed when the parcel ships. Fast shipping takes about 7 working days from the shipment date.
A wrong size does not need a return: see the exchange above. For anything else: You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange your pair, unworn and in the original packaging. A refund goes back to your original payment method less a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is at your cost. Socks and insoles can't be returned. Read the full policy.
