1. Remove the laces and insoles.
2. Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
3. Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
4. Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
5. Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

I LOVE these shoes. It is like walking on a cloud and you can feel it instantly! After years of wearing heels, I've finally found relief. I use them for hiking and I hiked 4 miles yesterday and I'm not sore at all. Unbelievable. Usually I'd be wrapping my knees in a copper compression wrap. Not anymore! These shoes exceed expectations. PLEASE invest in yourself by buying these shoes. Also, decided to change my color last minute and the call to the company was answered quickly and they helped me change the size without an issue.
